High-performing leaders don’t stall because of capability—they stall because of how they show up, whether in the room, under pressure, or across the stakeholders who matter most. I work at the intersection of leadership strategy, executive development, and performance, partnering with organizations and leaders to close the gap between potential and impact. My approach blends strategic advisory, executive coaching, communication development, and internal alignment work that actually changes how leaders operate—not just how they present.
Clients include teams and leaders at Genentech, Meta, Google, TED, and HeartMath. Whether I’m designing scalable L&D programs, coaching executives through critical transitions, or facilitating complex conversations, the throughline is the same: measurable, lasting impact in how people lead and influence across organizations.
I’ve been navigating waves my whole life, literally and metaphorically, which has taught me to notice subtle patterns in behavior, energy, and communication, and to guide transformation without forcing it. My journey has taken me across continents and inner landscapes alike—studying multiple yogic lineages in India, practicing silent Vipassana retreats, learning from Sufi teachers, and participating in sacred Peruvian circles. These experiences inform my work with leaders, helping them operate from grounded clarity, make decisions under pressure, and influence stakeholders with calm authority—skills that translate into measurable performance gains for teams and organizations.
When I’m not coaching or facilitating, I chase adventure through traveling, road trips, improv, acting, and capturing fleeting ideas in voice notes. What drives me most are genuine human connections, those intimate moments when someone truly sees you, and the energy that comes from showing up with honesty and vulnerability. That curiosity and attention is the same lens I bring to my work…
Executive & Organizational Coaching
Lynda partners with executives and organizational leaders to develop high-impact leadership strategies, strengthen executive presence, and elevate public speaking skills. She integrates executive coaching with mediation, conflict resolution, and communication development to help leaders navigate complex decisions and organizational challenges. Lynda has trained TED and TEDx speakers, completed Harvard Law mediation and negotiation training, and leads the Silicon Valley chapter of Braver Angels, a national nonprofit that brings people with differing viewpoints together for constructive conversations, helping leaders foster understanding and collaboration within their communities, teams, and organizations.
Lynda works with executives, teams, and organizations across the Bay Area, Orange County, Los Angeles, and globally, providing remote coaching and selective in-person sessions designed to drive leadership growth and organizational impact.
